Epic
Chapters 8-14 are complete!
Audio version scheduled to
record this winter.
It took many late nights and early mornings;
countless hours thumbing (or clicking) through
New Testiment translations, Greek text; and
writing rhymes to do it, but we did it! We've
just finished the rough draft of The Epic chapters
8-14. Thanks to everyone for your prayers.
My goal is to stay on schedule and go into
the studio this winter to complete the audio
version.
Chapters 15-21 are scheduled to come
out in the summer of 2006 so please keep us
up in your prayers!
JUST CAUSE I'M A NICE GUY...
I'd like to give you a quick preview
of John 9:1-11
1. As the master passed right
on he saw a man standing there
who was
blind since the
day he was born.
2. Gasping at the sight the discip's
where quite surprised--empathizing & asking
the Rabbi, "Why…it's got
to be like that what did he do
wrong,
or
are his parents
paying for sinning cause blindness
from birth that's strong--
3. Jesus didn't take long to
put em' on but said, "Neither
is reaping bitter judgements
from sin
that was
sown --but-- for one reason
alone…that the works of God should
be made known…and shown in the
life of holmes."
4. You see it’s a must that I bust every
assignment given to my trust, before dawn
turns back to dusk. The night's approaching
so thus I'm rushing to finish cause when
it’s clock-out time then all assignments
dimminish.
5. And in this world, I'm the brightest Light
as long as I'm in.
6. And when the lecture was ended…Jesus
bent over & spitted in the ground & reached
down and formed clay with his
spit, rubbed the mudd into the
blind man's
eyes and that
was it--
7. He told him, "Go and wash this off
in the pool called Sent (that's what we'd
call it but the Lord used the name Siloam) & he
did as recommended & came
back with his sight!
8. So all the neighbours was
like, "Wait,
that's the blind begger right?"
9. Some said, "True." But a few
spoke up and said, "That can't be…this
man's a look-a-like!" But he said, "Nah,
it's me! I can see!"
10. They said, "It's you?
Then how'd your eyes become open?
11. He said, "Scope this: A man named
Jesus healed me no joking; he made clay rubbed
it in my eyes & he told me, "I want
you to go & wash this in the pool of
Siloam. I did so & now my
sight is two-O/two-O man!"
First
their was John-
Next Ecclesiastes!!!
Fred has finished writing
and recording the rough mix of the
book of Ecclesiastes!
That's right for all of you spoken word
fans out there, we are bringing one of the
most practicle books on life in the Bible
to the format of spoken word and I'll tell
you right now... IT'S OFF THE METER!
The
first two phases of the project are done.
That's the writing phase where we took each
verse and artistically transliterated them
into a poetic 'spoken word' flow. The second
phase was to record the project and study
the flow. Phase three is now memorizing it,
rehearsing the book and we hope to go into
the studio to finish this project in a few
weeks. Believe me, it's almost impossible
to explain, you
really have to experience it!
So (since I'm
a nice guy...) Please click here or on the
picture above to experience
Ecc. 1:1-12 from The
Look Around Project.
Our goal is to develop both a writen and
audio version of this resource so students
can study along with the audio and gain wisdom
directly from God's Word. Would you like
to help us in this endevour? Please contact
us and let us know what you think, and find
out how you can catch
the vision of GodStyle
Productions.
